Cprint 3D Wax Printer Showcased at Liuyue Jewelry Trading Center

Liuyue Gold and Jewelry Factory Trading Center opened in Henggang, Longgang District, Shenzhen, on January 1, 2026. The approximately 30,000-square-meter site can accommodate more than 300 stores and brings together jewelry design, wholesale displays, livestreaming, testing and cultural exhibits. Cprint 3D’s high-resolution wax-printing equipment was presented as one of the digital manufacturing technologies at the event.

From jewelry CAD to a castable wax pattern

Wax 3D printing converts a jewelry model into a physical casting pattern. After the designer confirms settings, walls and casting compensation, multiple designs can be nested in one build. The completed patterns are cleaned and inspected before treeing, shell building, dewaxing and pouring.

This route is useful for frequent changes, one-off customization and high-mix small batches. It does not replace casting, polishing or stone setting, and nominal printer accuracy alone cannot guarantee the final metal piece.

The display covered filigree, batch nesting, support cleaning, build area and the industrial printhead system. Release data cited features down to 0.12 mm, layers down to 15 μm, 4 μm surface accuracy, a 410 × 206 × 157 mm build area and vertical build speed up to 6 mm per hour under defined conditions.

Other figures in the source described development moving from seven days to about 24 hours, monthly output above 12 kg of wax patterns, small-batch cost reductions of 40% and lower wax waste. These are application claims, not guaranteed results; geometry, build mix, accepted yield, labor and casting performance must be measured for each production line.
