FEATURED SYSTEMS
Explore two industrial systems developed for different stages of casting production: the 3H-420 for wax pattern printing and the SJ-1200 for sand mold and core production.
WAX 3D PRINTING SYSTEM
The 3H-420 is an industrial wax 3D printer developed for jewelry and investment casting production. It produces red and blue wax patterns from print-ready 3D model data, supporting detailed geometries, complex pattern structures, and batch production workflows.

SAND 3D PRINTING SYSTEM
The SJ-1200 is an industrial sand 3D printer for producing molds and cores directly from print-ready 3D model data. It enables foundries to manufacture complex mold and core geometries, including cores used to form internal passages in metal castings.

CASTING APPLICATIONS
01 / 03
Turn jewelry 3D models into wax patterns for design evaluation and lost-wax casting preparation.
02 / 03
Produce industrial wax patterns from prepared 3D model data for investment casting and other precision casting applications.
03 / 03
Produce sand molds and cores from prepared 3D model data, including cores used to create complex internal passages in cast parts.
WHY CPRINT 3D
Cprint 3D brings wax pattern and sand printing systems together in a portfolio built specifically for casting applications. From application review and sample evaluation to equipment delivery, training, and after-sales support, we help customers select and implement the printing route that fits their production requirements.
Our systems and application support focus on wax patterns, sand molds, and sand cores used in casting production.
One portfolio covers wax pattern printing for investment casting and sand mold and core printing for foundries.
We review part geometry, materials, workflows, production requirements, and expected outputs before system selection.
Support includes application review, sample evaluation, equipment delivery, training, and after-sales service.
