CPRINT 3D MATERIAL SYSTEM
Wax Materials for the Cprint 3D 3H‑420 Wax Printer
A matched red build wax and white support wax set for producing detailed wax patterns on the Cprint 3D 3H-420. The two materials support pattern formation, complex geometry, support removal, and preparation for jewelry and precision investment casting.
BUILD WAX + SUPPORT WAX
Two Wax Materials. Two Different Roles.
The Cprint 3D 3H-420 uses red build wax to form the casting pattern and white support wax to hold difficult geometry during printing. The two materials perform different roles in the same print and are supplied as the material set for this machine.

BUILD WAX · 3D-ZB-ZT
Red Build Wax for Detailed Casting Patterns
3D-ZB-ZT is a red 100% paraffin build wax that forms the final printed pattern geometry. It supports detailed jewelry patterns—including prongs, pavé layouts, filigree, hollow forms, thin walls, and mixed production builds—as well as suitable precision investment-casting patterns with complex surfaces and fine features.

SUPPORT WAX · 3D-ZB-ZC
White Support Wax for Complex Features
3D-ZB-ZC is a white wax-based support material. During printing, it supports lower surfaces, fine prongs, curved features, slots, undercuts, and other geometry that needs temporary support. After printing, follow the current Cprint 3D cleaning procedure to remove the support wax, allow the pattern to dry naturally, and inspect the result before casting preparation.

Frequently Asked Questions About Cprint 3D Wax Materials
Find practical answers about material roles, applications, support removal, and printer compatibility.
These materials are supplied for the Cprint 3D 3H-420 wax printer. Before ordering, provide the machine serial number and current material codes or batch information so we can confirm the installed configuration.
Red build wax forms the geometry of the casting pattern. White support wax holds lower surfaces, fine features, undercuts, and other difficult geometry during printing, then is removed before the pattern continues to casting preparation.
The red build material is 100% paraffin wax, while the white material is a wax-based support material. They are made for the 3H-420 and are not photopolymer castable resin or FDM wax filament.
The build wax is intended for detailed jewelry patterns such as prongs, pavé layouts, filigree, hollow forms, and thin walls, as well as suitable precision investment-casting patterns. Final suitability depends on geometry, machine condition, build setup, support removal, and the qualified casting process.
The support wax is removed using the current qualified Cprint 3D cleaning procedure. After cleaning, allow the pattern to dry naturally and inspect its fine features, surfaces, dimensions, and any remaining support before continuing to casting preparation.
They are not marketed as universally compatible materials. Any use with third-party equipment requires a separate technical evaluation and should not be assumed from color, melting point, packaging, or another supplier’s material code.
