Show Review | Cprint 3D Presents the Redesigned 3H-420 Plus at the 2026 Shenzhen International Jewelry Fair

The 2026 Shenzhen International Jewelry Fair took place in Shenzhen from September 9 to 12. At booth 1F121, Cprint 3D presented the 3H-420 Plus jewelry wax pattern 3D printer with its redesigned exterior. The team used the machine, printed samples, full-build-platform models and on-site demonstrations to explain how jewelry wax pattern 3D printing fits into real production.

During the four-day event, visitors from China and other markets stopped at the booth to examine the machine, operating area and printed results. Their conversations with the team covered practical topics such as model preparation, batch layout, wax pattern printing and the casting steps that follow.

The redesigned 3H-420 Plus on display

The 3H-420 Plus jewelry wax pattern 3D printer was the main product at the Cprint 3D booth. The exhibited machine featured a redesigned enclosure with an operating screen and a front viewing window. Visitors could examine the machine structure alongside jewelry wax patterns and full-build-platform models to see the physical results produced from digital designs.

Displaying the printer, samples and model layouts together made it easier to discuss each visitor’s jewelry styles, model quantities, layout approach and downstream casting workflow.

This event confirmed the public presentation of the 3H-420 Plus with its redesigned exterior. Performance information and final specifications remain subject to the official product documentation; the exterior change is not presented here as an unverified performance upgrade.

Conversations focused on real production needs

Visitors from China and overseas came to the Cprint 3D booth to view the 3H-420 Plus, printed samples and supporting materials. Their questions went beyond what the printer can make. They also asked how model files should be prepared, how different designs can be arranged on a build platform, how printed wax patterns connect with casting, and what to expect regarding machine operation, material supply, sample testing and technical support.

The Cprint 3D team used the equipment and samples on site to address these topics one by one, adapting each conversation to the visitor’s product type and production requirements. Some visitors exchanged contact details so they could continue discussing model tests, equipment selection and application details after the fair.

From a digital model to a jewelry wax pattern

In a digital jewelry production workflow, CAD software is used to create the three-dimensional design. After modeling, the file still needs to be prepared, laid out and sliced before the 3H-420 Plus produces the jewelry wax pattern for subsequent processes.

Workflow overview: 3D modeling in CAD → model file preparation → layout and slicing with Wukong Slicing & Layout Software → wax pattern printing on the 3H-420 Plus → investment casting → finishing, stone setting and polishing.

Wukong is Cprint 3D’s own model layout and slicing software for use with its 3D printers, while the 3H-420 Plus handles wax pattern printing. 3D printing mainly changes the wax pattern production stage; it does not mean that the printer directly produces a finished metal jewelry piece, nor does it replace casting, finishing, stone setting or polishing. Students explore the jewelry production chain

The fair also welcomed middle and high school students from Shenzhen. In addition to finished jewelry, they encountered design, testing, 3D printing and manufacturing equipment from different stages of the industry.

At the Cprint 3D booth, students viewed the 3H-420 Plus and its operating area at close range. They learned how a 3D model is laid out, sliced and printed as a jewelry wax pattern, and saw that multiple production steps connect a design with the finished piece.

The fair has ended, but the conversations continue

By the end of the four-day fair, Cprint 3D had completed the on-site presentation of the redesigned 3H-420 Plus and gathered practical questions from visitors in different regions about jewelry wax pattern printing, batch layout, model testing and machine operation.

The end of the event is not the end of these conversations. The team will follow up on inquiries received at the booth and provide relevant product information, discuss sample tests and offer technical support based on each customer’s model files, product type and production needs.
