Global Jewelry Fair 2026 takes place on October 27–28 at Humo Arena in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. We invite you to Booth 27 for a closer look at the Cprint 3D 3H-420 Plus wax 3D printer and to discuss digital wax model production for jewelry.
From developing ring and pendant designs to producing batches of different jewelry models, our exhibition focuses on turning digital designs into detailed wax models ready for the next stages of casting.
The World’s Largest 3D Wax Printing Area for Multi-Design Builds
The 3H-420 Plus offers the world’s largest 3D wax printing area, with a usable build volume of 410 × 206 × 150 mm. This provides ample space for arranging multiple jewelry designs and producing them in batches.
For manufacturers producing different ring sizes, pendants or coordinated collections, the larger platform offers more layout options within each build. Model dimensions, order quantities and delivery schedules can all inform the combination of wax models arranged for a print job.
From Digital Designs to Jewelry Casting Wax Models
Using multi-nozzle wax jetting and a 100% wax build material, the 3H-420 Plus produces wax models for rings, pendants and pieces with decorative patterns or openwork. Prepared digital models are printed layer by layer. After support wax removal, drying and inspection, the models proceed to tree assembly, investing, dewaxing and metal casting.
This route from digital model to wax model and then casting supports production planning for custom designs, short runs and repeat orders. Fine detail, surface condition and compatibility with the existing casting workflow are useful points to examine when choosing equipment.
