Foshan Zhongcheng Wisdom Technology Co., Ltd., operating internationally as Cprint 3D, participated in the 25th Guangzhou International Foundry, Diecasting and Industrial Furnace Exhibition from May 10 to 12, 2025. The venue was the ground floor of Area C at the China Import and Export Fair Complex in Pazhou, Guangzhou, and the Cprint 3D booth was D320.

What the company presented

The exhibit focused on two digital routes for foundry patternmaking: 3D-printed sand molds and cores, and 3D-printed wax patterns for precision casting.

The sand solution addressed casting prototypes, complex cores, low-volume orders and design iteration. Engineers can manufacture a mold or core directly from 3D data, reduce selected pattern and core-box development, and connect the result to existing depowdering, assembly, pouring and inspection. Current equipment information is available on the SJ-1200 sand 3D printer page.

The wax solution addressed jewelry and industrial investment casting by producing patterns that move into tree assembly, shell building and dewaxing. Complex surfaces, fine features and customized short runs were key discussion topics. See the current 3H-420 wax 3D printer.
